moon

i think this is the 1st time buying mooncake for my own.

i wanted to see what's the festival like in chinatown- apparently there's something on. few junior high school girls dancing and old folks singing lol.. :) culture's is still surviving in brisbane!

the mooncakes are sold in a set boxes. guess how much the price? haha. mei sim's mooncake from hk cost $43.

how worth it? the souvenir container is just nicely decorated with HK. when u open the box, u can see kelly chen posing on front of mei sim's advert brochure.as u open the cake, cut it. its unique. the egg yolk leaks out as if its fresh, not like ordinary mooncakes u buy which are dry. the taste of lotus is just emm.

this festival has its meaning. it gives you the chance to show appreciation to frens by giving them one a piece. i had received b4 and had a few in mind. but chances have passed.
