i guess 1st of all happy easter. today, apparently, is the last day of work for the week before we set of for a four-day long weekend.
as i found myself alone after work, i typically stride to the stores just to have a good sweep of rations so i won't starve in the days to come when shops close. the fact is tt- i was taking my time, finding ways to have a good meal.. after work.. considering sweets so to keep alive.. when i knew aside frm admitting to subdued solitude, i've other ways to spend my time.. i.e. to get my mind right.
when i was traveling to emerald, the summer scene was almost an area of desolation. its pretty much like the african desert feeling.. when u expect lions to roam & pound on you.. but b4 tt usually, thirst wud succumb u b4 the lion. the summer feeling is always nostalgic to me & points to "suddenly this summer", the melody created for the season, when i used to listen to it all the time & drowse into the rays of the sun literally.
so why did sharon call out things she never knew why? this is in view of the fact she just spent $420 just to fly back for easter, when i told her she cud use tt to get a ferragamo bag. and why is sgpore always a relevance here? this is coz i miss the fact i can roam ard the wonderful shops of sgpore, shopping for ferragamos & when i say im kidding, yes i am. apparently, the palm trees alongside the road remind me of it. when i head to brisbane for the 1st time, transiting sgpore, the taxi trip to orchard road reflects the shade of trees sgpore creates for its tourists.

i was chatting to my zimbabwean dr. who's fabulous in driving me all the humor in town plus the chats we have abt life. we can talk abt all sorts of things- frm discussions of Qld Health renumerations to owning properties as good investments & frm my country's cultural background to the bantering of his wife's prepared food. with tt, i reminisce.. if the time comes, i know i'd be more settled generally. i just need to get this degree done.
the real reason has not been revealed just yet :) the main reason y she is fussed is coz:
- i live in a GP's house, just 2 mins to the hospital
- 5 mins to the 3 big fastfood chains- mcdonald, kfc, eagle boys
- 5 mins to woolies, the biggest grocery chain
- internet broadband in the house
- she lives in a jungle, travels by car everyday to hospital, complaining of hunger every moment & lack of social support to fill her stomach + no internet
- tt is y i tell her a ferragamo bag is less worth than relieving her pain in this rural setting :p lol..
just have a good one ppl :)
