its saturday today, location- uq library just to make use of the internet. i realised the 2 songs on air are just too feeling-involved. usually when i start blogging in public, i'd stuck my earphones.. go to my live-in site & the song in blog wud play while i blog.
often the songs wud help create an aura for you to blog but smetmes, when it gets too sentimental, you feel it affects u & you had to stop writing. anywys, songs have been a crucial part of my blog for the past 3 years. the feelings of melody are alwez there.
im recovering frm tiredness, just frm the sports day we had yest. it was a day, unique to uq med students, where we start our marathon frm the city, drink at the pub, walk and jog in scrubs to the next big pub, and end up at uq.
i met with damit/khai at their house at 8am and we go 2gether. it was fun coz we started at chinatown, walked all the way to city, and explore sights & buildings we never seen b4. we did not drink for sure amongst the red faces of many who might have been incoordinated, speech slurred & acting real bizarre (for one took off his pants while we took pic of damit). we also met with our juniors along the way :)
along the way i lost my mobile phone. only when sharon received a call frm this guy who found my phone at riverside.. im yet to collect it. this erricson has a history with me, of being real lucky. my mom knows that. i lost it in brunei recent only to get a call frm a good samaritan who found it on roadside in bandar.
work has been okay. i got used to it. i remember on thurs admissions, we were working on an elderly brought in by emergency.. confused, febrile.. who might go off anytime soon. i remembered my reg did a blood gas & asked me to hold the cottonwool tight on the pt's arm. while i was alone with the pt, i cud feel she was struggling, dyspneic & ah-voicing her suffering. its every one of this part wch drives me on.
anywys, on the good side. it seems my parents are enjoying their excursion to england, where they're attending my sis graduation. the story my mom wrote in her email, expressed the grandiosity of england's shopping experience- class in london, cheaps in hull. holidaying seems to be the light of the world for everyone. only if i knew this, i'd be travelling.. but sad to say im not the holiday-type of person. hope my sis had the best time in grad :)
i'll try to gather some photos on sports day & maybe on my sis grad. i'll add on a song wch might sound kinky but guitarish. besides needing to sort this rotation out, i might consider helping sharon if she wants. still at present.. life is good. altgh i knew i've let gone so many, i think life still has to move on in its best way.
